Description: at the ropes course we were split up into two teams and the leader at the fron would take the person next to them's hand and squeeze silently when the coin was tossed on heads.

 

Reflection: Being at the front of the line taught me alot about leadership because when you're a leader your mistakes reflect on the whole group, not just yours so you have to pay extra close attention so you don't mess it up for everyone which I did several times in a row.
